    1. SAY NO TO JUNK FOOD:--junk food is like a drug once you are addicted to it you can't quit that habit easily. Junk food damages our body digestive system and immune system which is not good.junk food also affects us mentally which is we become mentally imbalanced. 
    2. ADD SALAD TO YOUR REGULAR DIET:-                                            Eating salads everyday benefits your body in many ways like it improves immune system and glows the skin. It also cures the pimple and acne problems.
    3. OVERCOME YOUR BAD HABITS:-          Bad habits like smoking and consuming alcohol in excess amount. These habits will lead you to many disease like cancer etc. and these habits will kill you.                       Smoking is considered as stress reliever, but it relives the stress for small period of time and affect the body at long period.                               There is one more habit that is FAP this habit makes our mind weak. So FAP should be stop. Reduce the amount of caffeine intake. 
    4. EXERCISE DAILY:-                                   Exercising daily will lead to better physical and mental health. You should do exercise daily for at least 20-30 minutes.
